Hitting the Books
I'll be away for a couple of days taking some placement tests for my new career as a college student, as well as trying to test out of a few subjects for credit.I swear, it's been 20 years since I've taken Algebra, and I don't think I've used it once!Oh well. I could always take "Mathmatics for the Liberal Arts".Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Fingers AND toes crossed!!! You are going to pass all with flying colors!
Oh man, I am so proud of you. How cool is all of this? You are an inspiration.

Hey if a dummy like me can go back and get their degree, anyone can do it. just keep in mind that YOU are PAYING their Salary, and if you don't understand something it is their JOB to make you understand it.
I was a pain in the ass in some classes, sat in the back and questioned my instructors on details that the rest of the kids were afraid to ask. Oh and warm up your liver, if you want the help of your fellow classmates, you will need to drink copious amounts of beer/liquor. You may even have to buy for them...believe me it helps to be the cool old person in the room.
Go for it, you'll knock their socks off.
Girl...you know you can do it!! We all have total faith in ya!!
And if you think Algebra was useless, be glad you don't have to take Calculus....I am still afraid to take Calc II and don't even mention when I am going to take Calc III!!
Take the Algebra. You'll find it's a very easy A (as long as you DO YOUR HOMEWORK). And it will help prepare you if you need to eventually take calculus. And good luck on your exams!!
KL--don't be afraid of the calculus... just ignore the theoretical bs they try to confuse you with!
I will not only cross my fingers for you, but I will tie them in knots.
GOOD LUCK!
Fingers and toes crossed! You can DO it!
Good luck! And no looking at other peoples test sheets young lady!
Good luck!!! How exciting! and scary! You can do it!
Hey fingers crossed here and wishing you loads and loads of luck and good things!!!
Good luck. I know that you will do fine.
LOL - what does Math for the Liberal Arts entail? Good luuuck!
Best of luck! School is easier when you are a "nontraditional" student. You will do well -- you can write so that puts you far ahead of your new peers!
You don't need luck (or probably Algebra for that matter) - you've got the goods. Knock 'em dead.
How very cool! Best of luck
get yourself a good math tutor, it'll be worth it.
