Prolonged physical activity without pain afterwards. Used to dance for hours without anything hurting...now I'm lucky if I can dance for twenty-five minutes without something aching.
Milk, anything with caffine, avocados, soda, and most any fast food. I have given it all up but the fast food. Sometimes I still eat it and just live with the consequences.
Anything with tomatoes. Pizza, Italian, salsa. Anything fried.Anything with salt in it. In other words, almost anything worth eating. I'm going to lose weight simply because there's nothing left that's good to eat.
clams...steamed clams and fried clams.....the next time i sneak 'just a couple' of either one, i'll end up with a gall bladder removal - but oh, I sure miss fried clams! (from north of Boston)
You know, I'm fine with food but my son has over 50 things (I am not exaggerating) that he is allergic to...anything from mainstream peanut allergies to gluten, dairy and eggs... makes it hard to cook for him but we adjusted... I guess that is what you'll have to deal with as well now, huh?

Not a food thing I had to give up when I became "middle aged". I had to give up roller coasters! Blah. I will never get on one again.
I have discussed "word verification" with several of my friends. We all might be getting to old to do that also:)
I used to be able to drink caffinated coffee at all hours/all day long and still fall asleep. Not anymore.

Being able to read without finding a pair of glasses is something I am missing a lot.
Too much salsa would be a bad idea for me these days also.
Fast food. I used to live on it in college, now I never eat it--when I do on rare occasions, I feel positively SICK--and get sick, too.

I can't through a day without Zantac no matter what I eat. Sigh.
Coffee... my god, how I miss coffee...
potatoes fried with onions kicks me every time.
Nothing that I can think of... thankfully!
chocolate though... goes straight to me hips which is a worry!

Spicy foods seem spicier lately!
Food. Air. Water. Other than that, I'm as fit as a 98 year old.

Too bad though... salsa is sooo yummy. :)
Salsa needs to be medium or mild these days. And radishes don't agree with me.
Carbs! Oh,how I miss carbs :-)
